The latest Sunriver Owners Association (SROA) Design Manual is now in effect, enhancing the community’s aesthetic and environmental integrity.
For ongoing projects started before June 14th, the old guidelines apply until completion. New applications and projects after this date follow the updated manual.
Prior authorization from SROA’s Community Development Department or Design Committee is required before exterior projects, ensuring architectural cohesion.
The Manual’s core aim is to harmonize constructions, site changes, and the environment, considering size, placement, and design impact.
