New Sunriver (SROA) Design Manual Info

The latest SROA Design Manual enhances community aesthetics and environmental integrity. Ongoing projects before June 14th follow old guidelines until completion; new ones adhere to the updated manual. Authorization from SROA’s Community Development or Design Committee is necessary for exterior projects. The Manual aims to harmonize constructions, site changes, and the environment, considering size, placement, and design impact. “Working with potential buyers can be difficult at times, but when you have 2 couples, 4 individuals, with strong opinions or ideas, it can be even more challenging. Kyle Hoak was up for the challenge. After years of talking about it, we finally decided to purchase a vacation home in Sunriver with my inlaws. While my husband and I were up at the mountain skiing, my inlaws walked into Bekrshire Hathaway on a whim and met Kyle.
