Wildflower Condos Currently For Sale

The Wildflower Condos were built in two different phases between 1977 and 1981. In general there are two different basic floor plans, 53-66 being the larger (Wildflower Condo 2 Stage 3). The popular grouping of Sunriver Golf Course frontage condos are nicely located between The Village at Sunriver and 11th & 12th holes of Sunriver Resorts Meadows Golf Course.

Looking back to 2005… Wildflower Condos have sold for between 160-400k based on timing, floor plan size configuration, appeal.
