When It Comes To Circle 4 Ranch Cabin Condominiums In Sunriver… How Does The Real Estate Market Look?

The Circle 4 Ranch Cabin Condominum complex is a nice little residential package right in the heart of Sunriver. The 3 bedroom 2 bath units offer up approximatley 1,300 in square footage along with spa and garage. A popular feature of the sunriver condo real estate complex is the private community pool. If your in the mood for a swim, avoid the hustle and bustle of the Sunriver pools by taking a dip in the complexes own. Landscaped common area seperates the condos throughout the complex. The complex is located between circles 3 and 4 just North of the Sunriver Fire Department on West Cascade Road. Although the stretch of road is travelled regularly by Sunriver patrons, the complex offers seclusion from the traffic flow. There are currently a limited amount of Circle Four Ranch Cabin Condos For Sale, most of which have been updated or very well maintained. The Circle Four Ranch Cabins were developed in the mid to late 80’s and have been a Sunriver vacationer favorite since. The condo association dues are $800 a quarter, and are in addition to the Sunriver Owners Association due.

The properties currently for sale average a price per square (ppsft) foot of $243. The highest priced circle four ranch cabin is $260 ppsft and sells for $349,000, the lowest is $226 ppsft and is listed at $299,950. The average price per square foot for real estate in Sunriver hovers near $200.

These make for awesome vacation rentals also – having the pool is so nice when you just want a quick dip and don’t want to go to the main Sunriver pools
