2011 Sunriver Owners Association Dues – What are the HOA’s in Sunriver and what do they go towards…

Often times im asked this very question by interested parties and prospective buyers. Here is the answer, the SROA’s website lists quite a few things…

  • Accounting-Tracking of annual budget.
  • Administration
  • Communications-The Sunriver Scene newspaper, The SROA Website etc…
  • Community Development-Oversee aarchitectural and design aspects of Sunriver, ensuring community appearance.
  • Environmental Services-Mosquito Control, Noxious Weed Prevention, Ladder Fuel Reduction etc…
  • Fleet Services-Service Vehicles, Snow Plows, etc…
  • Public Works-The maintenance of 65 miles of Sunriver roads, signage, lighting etc…
  • Recreation-Admin Operations. Example; Admin costs associated with the operation of North Pool and Tennis Courts.
  • Reserves and Non Departmental-This includes major capitol replacement above $3,000.

The Monthly dues are $92.55 per month or $1110.60 per year. The SROA advertises the ability to pay the dues via credit card by phone or online. Here is a link to the exact page where this information is found…
