My principal broker recently sent me a article involving underwater or negative equity homeowners. Reading the article reminded me, as a result of the improving housing market more and more homeowners will escape upside-down/underwater/negative equity situations with their property and/or home loans. Every modest increase in home prices will have a positively exponential affect on the real estate market in Central Oregon, as home buyers who have been trapped by the housing crash come back to the market.
