The Tennis Village Condominium complex is comprised of 64 units and was actually developed in a few different phases. Units 45-56 were actually built between 1984-1989, while the majority of the Tennis Village units were constructed in the late 70’s (77’/78′). Although the Tennis Village condo was constructed over a 13 year period many of the individual units are very much the same with minor differences. The Tennis Village condo complex is nicely located on the South end of Sunriver and is close to numerous amenities. Actually located in the heart of the Tennis Village complex is Sunriver Resorts’ Sage Springs Club & Spa. The Tennis Village condos are nearing the completion of a well managed update process that has seen roofs replaced and insulated, complex sidewalks replaced with appealing pavers, siding and deck upgrading. Following the upgrades, numerous Tennis Village Owners reported a large increase in energy efficiently from the recently upgraded Sunriver Condos.
