I’ve written articles about Three Rivers South value potential but never written specifically about Oregon Water Wonderland home values (aka OWW or OWW 2). “Working with potential buyers can be difficult at times, but when you have 2 couples, 4 individuals, with strong opinions or ideas, it can be even more challenging. Kyle Hoak was up for the challenge. After years of talking about it, we finally decided to purchase a vacation home in Sunriver with my inlaws.
