Serious lack of listing inventory forces cancellation of Sunriver real estate agent home listing tour!
Often referred to as “tour” by agents, the weekly event is a great tool for Sunriver Realtors to view new home listings in an efficient manner & remain educated about the market. Just a few years ago it was not uncommon for the Sunriver listing inventory to hover upwards of 100, 150 even 200 plus residences at any given time. The last 5 years have seen a steady slimming of Sunriver listing inventory & now often times tour is cancelled for lack of new listings. The current inventory in Sunriver for homes and condos is under 40 and recently as low as 25… Sunriver is selling for far less than it’s historical highs of 05′ & 06′, interest rates are still historically low & now Sunriver Real Estate is poised to lead Central Oregon in 2017!
