The Portland Business Journal reported on November 5th, 2013 that Prudential Northwest Properties will become Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate on November 6th, 2013.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices will build on it’s already strong brand recognition by seeking to merge with only the most sound real estate offices around the country.
Many people are already familiar with Berkshire Hathaway because of the famous investment guru, Warren Buffet. Warren Buffet is an American business magnate, investor, and philanthropist. He is widely considered the most successful investor of the 20th century.
Prudential Northwest Properties was targeted last Fall when the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand was first announced. Prudential Northwest Properties already enjoyed a strong foot hold in both Portland and in Central Oregon. The new brand momentum promises to help push the new Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate to the forefront of Oregon real estate.
